On arrival at NJP Railway Station (New Jalpaiguri Junction) or IXB Airport(Bagdogra) you will be meet our representative and transfer you to Darjeeling. By Private Cab. Darjeeling is Known as the “Queen of the Hills”. After arriveing at Darjeeling, check into your hotel. Have a delicious dinner at Hotel and overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Early morning visit Tiger Hill to see a beautiful sunrise and Himalayan Range like Kanchandzonga, Mount Everest etc. After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for city tour to visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tea Estate (from outside), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. Later get back to your hotel of Darjeeling for Dinner and take rest at hotel for overnight stay.
After delicious breakfast, proceed for day trip to Mirik Lake. It is 48 kms far from Darjeeling near Nepal border, it is a semi-artificial lake. Drive from Darjeeling to Mirik is via natural forest & tea garden. The main tourist spots is Krishna-Nagar, it is south of the lake. Then take 10-minute walk to Bokar Gompa, which is home of Mahayana monks. Later get back to your hotel of Darjeeling for Dinner and take rest at hotel for overnight stay.
In the morning after delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel and get transfer to the NJP Railway Station (New Jalpaiguri Junction) or IXB Airport(Bagdogra) for your onward journey.
